Fun and Festive Late-Night Snacks

If you’ve recently planned a wedding, been to a wedding, or even heard anything about ANY wedding, you know that late-night snacks are no longer just a trend – they’re here to stay! It started all started with pizza, but couples are now looking for unique late-night bites to keep the party going. Take a look at some of the late-night snacks we’ve done, as well as some ideas from around the Internet:

Mini Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup Shooters

Grilled cheese and tomato soup is one of the ultimate comfort food combinations! We like to do this as a late-night snack for Fall and Winter weddings, where your guests could use some warming up at the end of the night.

S’mores Bar

Bring back one of your favorite childhood memories with a s’mores bar! Check with your venue to make sure this is okay, but most caterers will have a staff member present to watch over things.

Brisket and Pulled Pork Sliders

Obviously we’re big fans of serving BBQ as your late-night snack! When we do it, we serve our World Champion Pork Shoulder, State Champion Beef Brisket, three different BBQ sauces, and shredded cabbage and pickles. They’re the perfect bite-size snack!

Build-Your-Own Sausages

Since we’re from Wisconsin, we love sausages of all kinds! At some of our past weddings, we have done a build-your-own sausage bar featuring Chicago-style hot dogs, mini beef franks, and mini brats and kraut. What a way to celebrate such a great state!

Mini Donuts

If you’re looking for something more on the sweet side, try some donut holes with different dipping sauces. The ones we offer come in strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, plain, and cinnamon. The sauces are our favorite part – we’ve got Nutella RumChata, Peanut Butter with Beef Brisket, Caramel Apple, Bourbon Caramel, Toasted Marshmallow, Peach, Raspberry, Cranberry Orange, and Orange Chocolate!
When it comes to late-night snacks, there are so many possibilities! Think of one of your favorite foods and add a little twist, and you’re guaranteed to leave your guests satisfied! Do you have any other ideas for a late-night snack? Be sure to let us know in the comments!
